History

Pat Shinn founder of Shinn Construction grew up with a hammer in his hand and a tool belt around his waist. The construction trade has been passed down from Pat’s farther. With Pat’s son’s now working in the family business, the best is yet to come. Pat has some crew members and craftsmen working with him for over twenty years and counting. These crew, and craftsmen are family at this point, and every job is treated as if they were working on their own home. This is rare in the construction trade. Shinn Construction was founded on values like loyalty to the client, quality in every aspect of the building process, and adding value on every project. Shinn Construction starts every new project with the goal of delivering the finished project to the total satisfaction of the client.
