During my initial consolation, I will provide an assessment and flat rate fee that will include staging, pricing and marketing (pre-sale preparation) and management/staffing of a multi-day estate sale (Steps 1 and 2). After sale services (post-sale) are available at an additional cost (Step 3).
Step 1 – SORT, STAGE, PRICE (Pre-sale) Sort and organize contents of the home. Professionally stage items to be sold to create a store-like display to encourage buyers to stay longer and spend more. Assign a price to all items based on current market with attention given to specialty items that require additional research. Advertise the sale including use of local publications, signs and media such as EstateSales.net
Step 2 – MULTI DAY SALE Conduct a multi-day sale that includes buyer management (answering questions, processing sales and general customer assistance) and client management (answering questions and providing updates).
Step 3- PACK-UP, DONATE, CLEAN-0UT (Post-sale) After sale items can be negotiated at an additional cost and include packing up remaining items, arranging for donation and pickup and/or total clean out of home” ~ Victoria Ramle
